The Alpina C2 2.5
As BMW released the 325i, Alpina responded with the C2 2.5, and later the 2.7 models, providing between 190–210 hp (142–157 kW). The brakes and suspension were also upgraded. The Alpina C2 2.5 has a naturally aspirated six cylinders in line longitudinal front engine providing a maximum torque of 245 Nm available from 5000 rpm and a maximum power outpup of 185 PS available at 5800 rpm transmitted to the 16 inch rear wheels by a manual 5 speed gearbox.
Our C2 2.5
This 1986 BMW Alpina C2 2.5 in Factory LapisBlau is number 2 of 74 produced and was imported from Japan earlier in 2018. The 69,700km (~43k miles) is believed correct based on service records and annual inspection paperwork. This Alpina has been kept in stock condition and is believed to retain its original paint, factory 2.5L inline six-cylinder, and close-ratio 5-speed manual transmission. In June 2016, this car won Best in Class at the Greenwich Concours d’Elegance.
